Remember….
This, spontaneous recalling during meditation group tonight:
Remember who you really are and be that!
Remember the vast, radiant emptiness
from which you came
and from which all things arise.
Remember, you are that.
Not that you are one with all….
you are all.
Remember the sun that shines from
your eyes.
You are that.
Remember the moon that
gives you your dreams.
You are that.
Remember the love,
the compassion, the peace, the joy….
you are that too.
Remember the silence
out of which all things arise
in form, manifest in perfection, even
the seeming duality that allows you to write this,
read this, to love or to hate this.
Either way it is the same.
The same source, spirit, energy, consciousness as
“I and the Father are one”….
abiding the tension
between form and emptiness,
incarnation and silence.
Remembering, you are all of this.
Now having done all, just be.
